We have always wanted to have a holiday on the Greek island of Ithaca. We have used Olympic Holidays in the past. They are an excellent company. The man who helped us was called GAVIN.. He was first class. Patient , kind and helpful. He explained verything to usvery clearly. He is a credit to the company.

The online booking form is well set out and easy to use.
My request for taxi transfers was dealt with separately by Maria and was completed within minutes. Very impressive.

After enjoying a 2 week package holiday with Olympic in 2022, my wife and I looked for a similar experience for this summer. We identified 2 alternative resorts and locations between which we found it difficult to decide.
I telephoned Olympic and spoke to Gavin to enquire as to whether or not we could combine the 2 locations into a 2 week package. Gavin quickly checked the details and confirmed that this was possible at a reasonable cost. We now have a reservation for an "Island Hopper" break in June to which we look forward. Booked our holiday to Tilos by phone and our consultant Pam Hood couldn’t have been more helpful. She made the whole experience a pleasure and we already feel in the holiday spirit!

Wow what a service I have received over the last few months with amending and changing my holiday due to different circumstances. Helen in customer services has gone above and beyond, been very patient with me chopping and changing my mind She deserves a bonus! Will always book through her and my daughter has just booked too. We nearly always use yourselves for our Greek holidays but may run out of Islands.We found Pam was very helpful when booking this year's holiday (polite & even giving options not mentioned online). You might want to extend your Greek Island options to lessor known ones as we have visited nearly all you have available!

We have just booked our island hopping holiday for the summer which we were dreading as it all looked so complicated but Gavin at Olympic Holidays listened to what we wanted to do and arranged everything for us in a matter of minutes, customising the holiday to what we wanted to do and making everything so simple for us. Worst company ever for customer service. Went to a hotel and the photos didn't at all match the hotels standards. No rep was available for 2 weeks. No customer service email reply at all. Even after 4 emails. Definitely will not use this company again

Gavin was very helpful and very polite. He phoned to follow up a booking which I'd started online but never got round to completing. Everything was sorted out with clear advice on how to make seat reservations, and confirmation documents emailed promptly.

Gavin who works in reservations is a star!
He knows we like a particular Hotel on Symi, Greece.
There was a delay in Olympic and the Hotel signing a Contract, As soon as it was signed and availability known, Gavin phoned ME to discuss Prices & Booking.

My sister and I have booked with Olympic Holidays for a number of years. Our experience has been between good to excellent. Customer Service is faultless even during the Covid years. This time I used a Customer Service person, Gavin, to help find exactly the holiday to suit us. He came up trumps.

Unfortunately, the airline on my clients' bookings changed their flying schedule and provided unsuitable alternatives. Dora was very patient in helping to juggle the group, who are in different parts of the UK, and after lots of calls to the airline, they are now thankfully all flying on the same day once again, meaning they can enjoy their family holiday as planned.
